Location: White River, Mpumalanga
Experienced Psychiatric Registered Nurses to provide safe, and patient-centered mental health care. The role involves working closely with patients, families, and clinical teams to support recovery and emotional wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychiatric nursing assessments and risk evaluations
  • Administer medication and monitor patient response
  • Manage crisis intervention and emergency situations
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports
  • Ensure compliance with mental health care protocols and safety standards
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and MDT teams

Requirements:

  • SANC Registered Nurse qualification

Clinical Nurse Manager – Psychiatric Services

We are recruiting a strong clinical leader to serve as Clinical Nurse Manager, overseeing psychiatric nursing services, clinical governance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage psychiatric nursing operations and staff
  • Ensure quality improvement, audits, and clinical compliance
  • Oversee patient care plans, risk protocols, and reporting

Requirements:

  • Active SANC Enrolled Nurse registration

Enrolled Nursing Assistant (ENA) – Psychiatric Facility

Location: White River, Mpumalanga
We are looking for Enrolled Nursing Assistants who are passionate about supporting patients in their mental health journey by assisting with daily care and maintaining a safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with personal care, hygiene, and daily living needs
  • Monitor patient comfort and general wellbeing
  • Report any behavioural or physical concerns to the RN/EN

Requirements:

  • SANC-registered ENA qualification
  • Minimum 1 year experience, psychiatric care preferred
